Microsoft isatap adapter 3 driver download vista

When I started up my laptop an error message appeared "isatap adapter was not successfully installed". So I decided to restart the computer. Upon logging in I checked the adapter under device management and it seems to be working. But just to be sure I decided to uninstall and then reinstall the adapter.

The problem now is that the isatap adapter 3 keeps on disappearing after I restart the computer. To make it appear I always have to manually install the adapter again under device management.
